Additional defendants: Julia Ann Catherine Brown and George A. Brown. John and George Brown bought a house and lot from Henderson McKinney for $725. All but a $300 note of the purchase money was paid. Said note was assigned to Parham by McKinney. Parham charged that John and George deeded the house and lot to Julia in order to prevent him from collecting his note. Parham charged that the deed was fraudulently and void and for the house and lot be attached for payment of debt.
